Ranking
Explore the GYPI Scores
The GYPI ranks countries based on how well they support and enable youth participation across four key dimensions: Socio-Economic, Civic Space, Political Affairs and Elections. This table presents the overall scores alongside dimension-specific scores for each country included in the Index.
Use the filters and search options to explore the data, compare countries, and uncover insights about youth participation around the world. To filter the table by overall score or by individual dimensions (from highest to lowest or vice versa), simply click on the title of the column you’re interested in. Clicking once will sort the data in one direction, and clicking again will reverse the order.
📌 Note: Countries with the same rounded GYPI score may appear in different positions. That’s because rankings are based on raw scores with decimal precision, while reported scores are rounded for clarity.
Whether you're a policymaker, researcher, or advocate, this is your starting point for evidence-based action.
Countries do not appear in the GYPI as it did not meet the minimum data availability threshold (85%). The data is available online when you download the dataset.
